Noelle Baird

Noelle completed her MSc (2019) and PhD (2023) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her research interests include leader-follower dynamics and status hierarchies in groups, with published papers on topics such as transformational leadership and team dynamics, how followership is crucial to team functioning, and strength-based interviews for future job interviews. Noelle received the Douglas N. Jackson Memorial Award (2018) and an Ontario Graduate Scholarship (2021-2022). She currently works as the People Experience Manager Wajax.
